GET /repos/p-e-w/heretic/stargazers
with the header Accept: application/vnd.github.star+json, which returns a
starred_at timestamp for every stargazer. We paged through all 198 pages
(100 per page), then bucketed the timestamps by day. Cross-checkable against
star-history.com.
